Mrs. Smith has been a resident of the district since 2009, where she lives with her husband, Scott, and their daughters, Cora and Lily. She has been an active volunteer since 2018, supporting the Music Boosters, Athletic Boosters, and the Academic Committee. Rachel is the owner of The TravelSmith Travel Agency and holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Wilmington College. In her role as Vice President, she brings a strong foundation in community involvement and organizational leadership.

Mrs. Cermak is the wife of 20 years to Nick and a proud mother to Gus and Ruby. Family is at the center of her life, and she values community, kindness, and creating a strong foundation for her children to grow and thrive. Jessica brings a deep dedication to student success, academic excellence, and meaningful engagement with the community.

Mr. Williams was born and raised in Johnstown, Ohio, and comes from a family with longstanding ties to the community. He is married to his wife, Stacy, and they have a son, Graham, a student at Northridge High School. A graduate of Johnstown schools, Williams brings experience in corporate sales, compliance, and leadership, along with a strong record of community service, including volunteering with the Johnstown Fire Department and serving as Vice President of the Johnstown Lions Club. Andrew currently works for Wright-Patt Credit Union as a regional representative for Central Ohio.

The Northridge Local Board of Education (BOE) plays a vital role in guiding the governance and operations of the Northridge Local School District. Charged with making key decisions on educational policies, budgeting, curriculum, and other crucial matters, the Board ensures that all actions benefit students, staff, and the broader community. The BOE is committed to providing high-quality educational opportunities for every student and actively collaborates with teachers, parents, and community members to strengthen the educational experience.
Board Meetings
The Northridge Local Board of Education holds regular meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. These meetings take place in the District Office and are open to the public. For those who are unable to attend, video recordings and written minutes of the meetings are available both at the District Office and on the Northridge website.
