Child Find is the process of identifying, locating, and evaluating children ages 3–21 who may have disabilities and could be eligible for special education and related services. Federal and state law require both state and local education agencies to conduct Child Find to ensure all children who need support have the opportunity to receive it.
Parents, teachers, agency staff, and concerned community members are encouraged to assist Northridge Local School District in identifying children who may benefit from special education services.
